Louisville has one of the most balanced event markets in the Ohio Valley — a deep Catholic and independent-school tradition (Trinity, St. Xavier, Sacred Heart, Assumption, Mercy), the University of Louisville and Bellarmine anchoring the college-programming side, and a downtown corporate calendar driven by the KFC Yum! Center, the Kentucky International Convention Center, and the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. The show is built for exactly that range — clean by default, consent-driven, scalable from a 250-seat assembly to a 2,000-person corporate evening downtown. Through the summer (June–August), I’ll be in Eminence, KY, which puts Louisville under an hour from my temporary home base — meaning bookings inside that window land at the included-travel rate, the same way Detroit or Grand Rapids would from Lansing. After the summer residency, Louisville stays in active rotation — I know the route, the venues, and the planning rhythms here, and the show comes set up to work in any of them.
