Why I Can Offer It.
Because the show is built to work. I prepare for every booking like it’s the one people will judge me by, I screen and brief my volunteers on stage, and I walk into every room with a plan B, C, and D. I don’t like flat rooms.
How it works (the boring part).
- If the show clearly and obviously does not land — i.e., the room is flat, the laughs aren’t there, it’s not working — you tell me before you leave the venue.
- We discuss what happened and I make it right.
- Travel and venue-specific costs (flights, hotels, AV your venue billed directly) aren’t refundable. I can’t un-fly.
- The guarantee is invoked in good faith by the client point of contact, not by a single audience member.
