Booking & pricing

How far in advance should I book?

Two to six months is typical. Popular dates (post-prom season, December corporate, fall homecoming) fill six to nine months out. Rush dates are often possible, just ask.

What does a show cost?

School shows start at $900. College shows start at $1,500. Corporate starts at $2,500. Travel within Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is included in the quote. Longer hauls are quoted transparently, with no surprise costs.

What's included in the price?

The show, my load-in, setup, and load-out, travel, and all pre-event planning calls. Some venues need add-on AV, and I flag that in the quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a modest deposit holds the date. The balance is due on or before the event.

What's your cancellation policy?

Fair and flexible, and I never surprise a client. Specifics are in the one-page agreement.

About the show

Is the show really 100% clean?

By default, yes: especially for schools, colleges, orientations, and family-friendly corporate events. Edgier versions are available where the room supports it. We align on that during the advance call.

What if a volunteer doesn't want to participate?

They don't. Full stop. Volunteers opt in, and they can return to their seat at any time. I reinforce this on stage, on purpose, in every show.

Can you tie the show to our school, brand, or theme?

Yes, and I love doing it. Send me the details and I'll weave them in.

Do you work with in-house AV?

All the time. I bring my own show files on a thumb drive and a wireless mic backup. A full tech rider is available on request.

Can we record, livestream, or post clips?

Usually yes, with a short addendum. Ask up front.

Logistics

Do you travel?

Anywhere in the continental U.S. Canada and international bookings on request.

Can you provide a COI, insurance, or W-9?

All available, just ask.

How early do you arrive?

Typically 90 minutes before doors. More if the venue is complex.

What do you need from us on the day?

A stage or performance area, power, dimmable house lights, and a designated point person. I handle the rest.

The guarantee

What's the Laugh-Out-Loud Guarantee?

If your audience isn't laughing, I'll make it right. See the guarantee page for exactly how that works.

Has anyone ever invoked it?

No. The way the show is designed, the odds of it being triggered are very low. That's exactly why I can offer it.

Still have a question?

Tell me your date, your crowd, and your venue. I'll come back within 24 hours with a straight answer and a quote.
