These terms govern your use of the website timeless-hypnotist.com ("the Site"), operated by The Timeless Hypnotist ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. What this site is

This Site provides information about our entertainment and speaking services (comedy hypnosis shows, mentalism shows, and motivational keynotes) and allows you to request quotes and schedule discovery calls. The Site is not itself a booking contract. Bookings are confirmed through separate written agreements between us and the event organizer.

2. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep the information on this Site current and accurate, including service descriptions, pricing starting points, and availability. However:

• Pricing shown on the Site represents starting points, not guaranteed quotes. Every event is quoted individually based on date, location, audience, and scope.
• Availability is subject to change. Submitting a form does not reserve a date. Dates are only held once a booking agreement is signed.
• Testimonials and reviews, when displayed, are from real people with their permission. We do not fabricate or edit testimonials.

3. Booking and cancellation

Booking terms, cancellation policies, payment schedules, and event-specific details are governed by the individual booking agreement provided at the time of confirmation, not by these website terms. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed booking agreement, the booking agreement controls.

4. The Laugh-Out-Loud Guarantee

Our guarantee, as described on the Site, is a commitment to make it right if you are unsatisfied with the performance. The specific terms and process for invoking the guarantee are outlined on our guarantee page and in booking agreements. The guarantee applies to the event organizer who signed the booking agreement, not to individual audience members.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, design, logos, images, and video, is owned by The Timeless Hypnotist or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission, except for:

• Sharing links to our pages.
• Using promotional materials we explicitly provide for event marketing (flyers, descriptions, headshots provided for your event listing).

6. User-submitted content

When you submit information through our forms (contact forms, quote requests), you grant us permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry and coordinate potential bookings. We will not publish your personal information without your consent.

7. Digital products

We sell self-hypnosis audio downloads and related digital products through the Site's store, and distribute download codes on postcards and stickers at live shows. The following terms apply to those products in addition to the rest of these Terms.

• Personal-use license. When you buy or redeem a digital audio download, you receive a license to listen to it for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or share the audio file or its download link with anyone else.
• Sales are final. Because digital downloads are delivered as soon as a purchase or redemption is complete, sales of delivered digital goods are final. If something goes wrong with your download or purchase, contact us by email and I'll make it right.
• Show-card download codes. Codes distributed on postcards or stickers are redeemable one time only, are not redeemable for cash, and are not for resale. A code that has already been redeemed is void.
• Not medical or mental-health care. Our self-hypnosis audio is for relaxation and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

8. Third-party services

Our Site uses or links to third-party services including:

• Cal.com for discovery call scheduling
• Umami for privacy-focused website analytics
• Meta/Facebook for advertising measurement
• YouTube and Vimeo for video hosting
• Stripe for processing digital-product payments

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of liability

The information on this Site is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on information on this Site.
• Technical issues, downtime, or errors on the Site.
• Actions of third-party services linked from our Site.

Our liability related to performances and events is governed by individual booking agreements, not these website terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
