Store purchases and download codes
If you buy a digital audio download or redeem a download code from a postcard or
sticker, the following applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
- Payments: purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details are
entered directly with Stripe and never touch our server.
- What we store: your email address, what you purchased or redeemed, and
records of your download links. We keep this so we can deliver your files and
re-send your download links if you ask us to.
- Delivery: purchase confirmations and download-link emails are sent
through Resend, our transactional email service.
- Mailing list: making a store purchase or redeeming a code does not add
you to our mailing list. You're only added if you tick the opt-in box at checkout or
redemption.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate (web hosting, email, scheduling
tools, payment processing). These providers only access data necessary to perform their
function.
- Advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook) through tracking pixels, for the
purpose of measuring ad performance.
- Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law.
