Toledo is the bridge city: the market where northern-Ohio corporate calendars, a deep Catholic-school tradition, and two major universities (Toledo and Bowling Green State) all overlap inside an hour's drive. That makes it one of the most interesting event cities in the Midwest to work. One week it's a sales kickoff at the Glass City Center, the next it's an assembly at one of the big Toledo private schools, the next it's an SGA late-night on the UT or BGSU campus. The show is built for all of it: clean by default, consent-driven, and adaptable to whichever audience is in the seats. Toledo is about two hours from Lansing. Travel is included in every Toledo-area quote, and it's a market I'm actively building up because northwest Ohio's planning community books the kind of events this show is designed for.
