Most entertainers quote you a travel fee, a hotel, and a "we'll figure out logistics later." This summer, I'm already here. I'm based in Eminence, which puts me under an hour from Louisville, about an hour from Lexington, and 30 minutes from Frankfort. That changes the math on your event.
It means local-market pricing. It means I can do a site visit if your committee wants one. It means if you're planning a summer fundraiser, a corporate outing, a back-to-school kickoff, or a community event, you're booking a performer who's genuinely in the neighborhood, not flying in from three states away.
From the Kentucky International Convention Center to high school gyms across Jefferson County, Louisville is the biggest event market in the state. I'll be under an hour away all summer. Corporate events, school fundraisers, and university programming are all local-rate dates.

Corporate outings, sales kickoffs, holiday parties (yes, people plan those in summer), school fundraisers, back-to-school events, university orientation programming, community festivals, private parties, and fundraisers. If you have a crowd and a date, we can probably make it work.
As soon as your date is set. Summer calendars fill fast, and I can only be in one place at a time. Two to four months out is ideal, but I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
